If your Tally Screen get Stuck or User get Hang or getting Blue or Black screen while login then you can resolve this issue by log out from your tally cloud admin panel.
This will be happened due to Network or Internet connectivity get failed and user get disconnects frequently.
Login Tally Cloud Web Admin Panel in Browser :
- Open your tally cloud URL.
- Login with your tally cloud admin user.
- Click on "Manage Users". (See Below Image)
- Click on "Disconnect User" button. (See Below Image)
- Click "OK" button. (See Below Image)
- Now User logged out successfully.
- Click "OK" button (See Below image)
Now You can login your user in Remote Desktop Connection.
