This article will help you to resolve your Keyboard hang/stuck problem in Tally cloud on Windows 7.
This problem happens when you use Alt + Tab key to switch your window from Tally Cloud to local application.
Windows 7 has been stopped and its out dated and Tally Cloud server is latest OS due to this certificate doesn't match with Windows 7's RDP client and Tally Cloud server.
If you are using Windows 10 in your Local Desktop or Laptop then you will not face this problem at all.
Solution :
To resolve this problem you have to press Alt + Home key in your Tally Screen. Then you keyboard start working in Tally on Cloud.
