When user need any help or support for Tally on Cloud, user just need to follow few below steps. Enjay Tally Cloud team will contact ASAP.
Step 1.
To generate support ticket online, User need to visit with same Tally Cloud URL in Browser.
Login user tally cloud credential.
Step 2.
Now You will get Ticket Creation Form.
Select the option of Issue from the list which you are facing in Tally Cloud.
Step 3.
Type the full description of issue and Click on Submit button.
Now your ticket will be submitted and our Tally Cloud Team will contact and resolve your issue shortly.
