• First of all check the connectivity between Thin-Client and Server.
  • Check IP address of VLX and Server machines. If it's pinging to each other, check Terminal service (Remote desktop Setting in server)
  • If you are using Windows XP or Windows 7, re-install the software like TS Pro or TS Plus Software.
  • Just send a test mail on rdesktop007@gmail.com then you will get the link of software for windows 8 / 7 / xp.
  • Windows Firewall and Antivirus firewall should be off.
