Enjay CRM Ver 2.2 (Web and Mobile both) is available for all our Clients who are on Enjay Fusion CRM. Here is a small video which explains highlights of the update. 




Major changes in Web Interface

  • Mobile Notification scheduler was not working something, which is surely working now.
  • Currencies now are left aligned and separated with commas accordingly.
  • SMS Template creation shows a count of the characters in a description.
  • Date range options added in dashlet & report.
  • SMS templates are now shown in sorted order.
  • Default Pie charts weren't working which is now working.
  • Only values needed to be added in Dynamic Dropdown instead of key and value.
  • A height of the history is now scrollable.
  • Saved Search functionality in a mobile application.
  • Next Followup date field becomes DateTime & get the mobile notification
  • Deal Stage selection new UI.
  • Multiple emails for Report scheduler.

Major changes in Enjay Latitude (Mobile CRM)

  • Saved Search Get Saved Search from CRM to Mobile app
  • Offline SMS Templates it will work faster than the previous app.
  • Offline Call / SMS Logs If the internet is not available it will store in local database when internet connection is up it will automatically push all logs to CRM server
  • Set Favourites User can set their favourites records from detail view
  • Real Time Filter for Users Now assigned any records to user is much faster (store active user offline)
    Simplify Display Of SMS Templates
  • Simplify View of Person / Enquiry New simplified detail view of person and Enquiry module
  • Dynamic Modules & Fields Allow Users to choose modules and their respective fields from CRM for List view, Edit View, and Details View
  • Dashboard User can set their dashboard according to their preferences Except for Calls modules & also set default dashboard layout if dashboard is not set
  • Swipe Gesture Allow user to Edit and Delete records from All module List view
  • Filter The filter and sort Menu on lists of records have been changed to improve usability.
  • Search User can Search on Default fields (Not allowed for custom fields and relate types fields)

  • SMS Templates Now user can access SMS Templates from CRM while sending SMS from mobile app
  • Unknown Number Usability in Call Modules User has options to add new number into existing Person / Enquiry or user can create new person / Enquiry

  • Log Calls / SMS Allow user to add numbers into Whitelist & Blacklist
