VLX Not Connecting with XP/Win7/2008/2003/Win8

First of all check the connectivity between Thin-Client and Server.
Check IP address of VLX and Server machines. If it's pinging to each other, check Terminal service (Remote desktop Setting in server)
- If you are using Windows XP or Windows 7, re-install the software like TS Pro or TS Plus Software.
- Just send a test mail on firstname.lastname@example.org then you will get the link of software for windows 8 / 7 / xp.
- Windows Firewall and Antivirus firewall should be off.
