SugarCRM Admin Configuration part 1 for SugarCRM Asterisk connector

Overview 


This document gives complete guide about  custom fields for Admin Configuration of SugarCRM Asterisk connector.


1. User Configuration


Admin User have to add a Custom fields, which are created during installation of Enjay Synapse/Asterisk Sugar Connector in User module Using Studio.

Different Fields and their Use:

Steps to add Custom Fields On User Modules :

Note : Only for admin User.

Step 1. Go to admin panel by clicking on Admin tab on top right of CRM page.

Step 3. Check the Created fields in User module by traversing Studio > Users >Fields.

Step 4. Goto Studio > Users > Layout to add the fields on User Layout by Drag and Drop in Edit View and Detail View respectively.


After Drag and Drop ,Click on Save and deploy.


Step 5.

After Successfully completion of step 4,You find the all the necessary fields in User Modules go to User Module by clicking on name of the User at top right of CRM page.And you get the User Configuration panel as you just created by drag and Drop.
