This document describes how to take a notes or call memo from SugarCRM Asterisk / Synapse / Elastix / FreePBX connector.
While attending a call, most of the time we need to keep note for discussed points for future work. In such scenario, we have provided a comment box with SugarCRM Asterisk Connector popup box. You can check this comment box as per given in the following snap.
Once we finish a writing of memo for the conversation, we can click on the Save Memo button. And then it will give us conformation message.
After the data saved successfully in SugarCRM, we can use this stored memo in the future. To check/read the stored memo, we just need to visit to the SugarCRM -> Sales -> Calls. It will be found in Description field.
