This document gives complete guide of configuration for user of SugarCRM Asterisk / Synapse / Elastix / FreePBX connector.


Hey! here are the User Working guide that describe Users how to Configured click to call facility along with all

the other mark-able features that are noted in release note of this product.Below some easy steps are mentioned

to configured User Configuration.


Users Configuration :

The User Configuration page is design such a way that User can Design his popup by saving custom setting.


There is Only Two very Easy Steps For User to Do :


Step 1. Go to User Configuration page by clicking on the User name at Top Right Of Page.





Step 2.

Complete the Configuration by filling the fields as Shown under the Enjay User Configuration panel and Save the setting.

If You are Using SugarCRM version 6.5.* and above then you have to Drag and Drop fields from Studio in Users Module as shown in Admin Configuration 1.

Detail Description Of each Fields :

Following are the detailed description of each and every field for User to complete Configuration :


Lable

Description

Asterisk/Synapse Extension

The Asterisk/Synapse Extension assigned to that particular user.The Extension is used to match inbound call to particular CRM user.

Show Dial Icon For Calling

This will Show a Dial icon After every number to Click to Call from CRM.

Synapse IP/Name

This is the IP where Synapse or Asterisk server is running.(eg. 192.168.1.51)

Dial Context

If You have any other Dial Plan then Fill it.Otherwise leave it blank will take default value.

DialOut Channel

Any Custom prefix Should be added to your Channel before Dialing.By default it is ‘SIP/ ‘

Ex : SIP/57

Call Notification

Tick to active Popup notification for incoming or outgoing call within SugarCRM

Call Hangup

Tick to get Call Hangup button directly from popup to End the Call.

Call Transfer

Tick to get Call transfer button within popup to transfer call to another Extension.

Create Account

Tick to get Option within popup to Create Account From incoming call or Outgoing Call.

Create Contact

Tick to get Option within popup to Create Contact From incoming call or Outgoing Call.

Relate Contact

Tick to get Option within popup to Relate Call to existing Contact From incoming call or Outgoing Call.

Relate Account

Tick to get Option within popup to Relate Call to existing Account From incoming call or Outgoing Call.

Show Previous Call

Tick to get Popup on Every page showing last call.

Create Lead

Tick to get Option within popup to Create Lead From incoming call or Outgoing Call.
